Your Shipment & Returns Information

Packages are generally dispatched the same day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail by either 1st or 2nd class post, Recorded delivery or Special Delivery.

All items are shippped free of charge to UK mainland and N.Ireland only via 2nd Class post.
Other options are available but will incure further fees as you will see in checkout!
Worldwide rates are also shown while in the checkout process too.

Our items are shipped in Jiffy bags for good protection and sealed tightly.

We accept returns on all items except for Silicone Earbuds due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds are accepted if sent back within 7 working days but we do not pay for return postage!
If you have received a faulty item and can prove this by sending a picture by email, we can sometimes make exceptions and post out a new item as a replacement free of charge.
If you simply wish to return an item, it must be in its orignal sealed condition and within the time stated above. If you are unsure about any of our return policies, please contact us.

All of our items are checked for quality before being shipped so any damage may have been caused by Royal Mail and we can only appologize in advance if this happens.
