Refunds

Refunds are accepted if sent back within 7 working days but we do not pay for return postage!
If you have received a faulty item and can prove this by sending a picture by email, we can sometimes make exceptions and post out a new item as a replacement.
If you simply wish to return an item, it must be in its orignal sealed condition and within the time stated above. If you are unsure about any of our return policies, please contact us.

Non-Refunds

We cannot accept refunds on any of our silicone ear buds for hygiene reasons even if they have been un-opened.

All images on this site are copyrighted to MadeiPod.co.uk, we have permissions from all of our suppliers to show these images on this website and mention any brand names who we are affiliated with.
It is an offence to take any images from this website and if we are to find any of our images throughout the web including ebay, we will report this and take any action needed.
